Dirk is managing partner and founded the company collineo in 2004. Licensed by BaFin a year later. In the areas of structuring and consulting in real estate finance, we set up our first mezzanine real estate finance company in 2018 and founded a second mezzanine company in 2021.
We accompany project developments in all real estate asset classes with mezzanine capital or finance real estate portfolios in Germany and Austria. As an asset manager, we currently manage a total volume of approximately EUR 1.0 billion, including a real estate portfolio of EUR 250 million.
