Dirk is managing partner and founded the company collineo in 2004. Licensed by BaFin a year later. Alongside our structuring and advisory services in real estate finance, we set up our first mezzanine real estate finance company in 2018 and a second in 2021. Since 2018, we have also been investing in infrastructure and have realized five projects in this segment to date.
As an asset manager, we currently manage a financing volume of approximately EUR 750 million and infrastructure investments of approximately EUR 600 million.
